Fix saving of callee on ARMv7 in js_to_wasm_wrapper_entry

Reviewed by Justin Michaud.
Implement transfer* on ARMv7 and use them to set the callee in
js_to_wasm_wrapper_entry. This is necessary to bring ARMv7 in line with
the changes in https://commits.webkit.org/294376@main.
