[Build] Rename --webGpuSwift option to --webgpu-swift

This matches the case and spacing rules we use for the rest of the
feature list. Continue supporting the old spelling, but hide it from
`build-webkit --help`.
* Tools/Scripts/build-webkit: Support hiding feature with a 'hidden' key
from the list.
