[MiniBrowser] Sync user agents with Web Inspector

The User Agent strings for Minibrowser were last updated in 290876@main
(February 2025),
this patch is to update them in sync with Web Inspector as done in 296007@main.
This patch does not update ChromeOS UA, which needs to first confirmed via
ChromeOS device.
