Skip some RegExp test262 tests due to UCD changes

Reviewed by Yijia Huang.
296495@main updated UCD to the latest version. However, test262
hasn't updated to reflect this new standard, meaning that there
are some RegExp tests which fail because of this difference. We
should just skip those for now.
