pdf/pdf-plugin-hang-during-destruction.html is flakily a text failure

This test works, but sometimes we see text fails because it seems to
exit too quickly, and the test runner text dump output varies by some
empty lines.
To address this issue, we wait for a stable presentation update before
completing the test.

Remove macOS Tahoe-only expectation. This was necessary to keep EWS green
when landing 297227@main, but is no longer needed.

Drive-by: Remove the failing test expectation for when site isolation is
enabled, since this is no longer true.

Undo test gardening introduced in 297227@main.
