[JSC] Improve allocation tracking of GetButterfly handling in
DFGObjectAllocationSinkingPhase

Enhance allocation management in DFGObjectAllocationSinkingPhase. Update
the GetButterfly case to properly handle allocation state changes
during butterfly allocation creation. This ensures consistent allocation
tracking when creating ArrayButterfly allocations.
