[WPE] Skip
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/dom/events/non-cancelable-when-passive tests
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=244186
Unreviewed test gardening for WPE. All ports skips the tests after
<https://commits.webkit.org/280139@main>. But, only WPE is running the
tests and crashing in WTR::UIScriptController::notImplemented(). Skip
the tests for WPE.
And, some imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/event-timing tests were
crashing for GTK and WPE due to unimplemented
WTR::UIScriptController::sendEventStream. Moved the markers to glib
and skipped them.
And,
media/modern-media-controls/scrubber-support/scrubber-support-seek-back.html
was crashing for GTK and WPE due to unimplemented
WTR::UIScriptController::singleTapAtPoint. Moved the marker to glib
and skipped it.
