[WKCI] Add more MacPro7,1 hardware to build.webkit.org.

Continuing our planning around Macmini8,1 not supporting Tahoe, this change
adds 4 more MacPro7,1s to build.webkit.org.
2 of them (bot665 and bot605) will become builders on the Sequoia x86_64 debug
and release queues respectively, while the other 2 (bot621 and bot678) will
remain idle while we determine the best use for them.
