[SPI Checking] audit-spi unexpectedly enabled for internal builds of tvOS

rdar://159962849
Unreviewed build fix. Some internal tvOS SDKs fall back to checking
`iphoneos*` platform conditions as their own, so we need to explicitly
disable WK_AUDIT_SPI on appletvos*.
