Old-style steps are officially deprecated and are removed in newer versions of
buildbot.

(RunJavaScriptCoreTests.evaluateCommand):
(RunJSCTestsWithoutChange.evaluateCommand):
(RunJavaScriptCoreTests.commandComplete): commandComplete is not available in
new style steps.
