[JSC] Add comprehensive verbose command logging to JSC test runners

Reviewed by Yusuke Suzuki.
Show complete JSC commands when using --verbose flag, making it easier
to debug test execution differences and reproduce crashes. When running
`run-javascriptcore-tests` with `--verbose`, the output now includes:
Running stress/test.js.default with cmd: ../../.vm/jsc --options... test.js
