[WPE] WTF_Condition.OneProducerOneConsumerOneSlot and
WTF_Condition.OneProducerOneConsumerOneSlot are timing out on post-commit and
EWS
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=299965
Unreviewed test gardening.
Those tests are running fine locally and are likely just too slow when
running on the CI servers.
