Remove unused function NativeImage::drawWithToneMapping

Reviewed by Matt Woodrow.
The explicit tonemapping was integrated in a way that causes a lot of
auxiliary complexity to the rest of the system. Removing it simplifies
the system.
The last remaining use of drawWithToneMapping is valid only Ventura
and earlier.
If similar feature is needed, it could be added in a way that is less
taxing of the system architecture.
