[JSC] Skip no-llint in call-apply-exponential-bytecode-size

Reviewed by Mark Lam.
This test is designed to exhaust JIT memory, but no-llint option does
not allow JSC to run after exhausting JIT memory. So this patch skips it
to make sure this test works.
