Three filter WPT tests are now passing after 300173@main

Unreviewed -- test gardening.
Two animation tests draw contrast() and invert() filters through CA since the
filtered elements animate. But the expected pages were using the software
filters
to draw the filters.
After 300173@main the expected pages are using CGStyle which draw the filters by
CA also. So the tests and the expected pages match 100%.
