fast/dom/gc-dom-tree-async-node-deletion-queue-limit.html is a flaky failure

Wait with a 0s timer before triggering gc() since 300975@main introduced a new
event on a shadow host
which gets fired at the end of the current microtask, which means the host will
be kept alive until then.
