[Swift in WebKit] Use the builtin module verifier for WebKit.framework

Use the builtin module verifier for better correctness and performance.
Also fix a correctness issue in JSC and WebKit revealed by using the builtin
verifier in the case
where there are whitespace characters in some paths.
