[ews] Stop reporting Safe-Merge-Queue builds to ews django app

This queue doesn't generate any status-bubble on github. ews-app doesn't need
that information.
Similar thing for __Janitor queue.
These queues sometimes results in confusing and unnecessary error logs in
ews-app.
