REGRESSION(304671@main): [WPE] Broke generated API header
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=304785
Unreviewed, pass the USE_LIBWPE macro to unifdef when generating the
WebKitWebView.h header,
otherwise it is not processed and the generated header includes a dead ifdef.
Also fixes the Cog build...
