The test was timing-sensitive because after initiating a scroll gesture with
the "changed" phase,
it was only waiting for one scroll event and one animation frame before
recording the scroll position.
Replace the single await UIHelper.animationFrame() with a loop that calls
await UIHelper.ensurePresentationUpdate() three times. This gives the scroll
snap animation
sufficient time to complete and reach the snap point before recording the
position.
