Unreviewed, update a couple WebRTC/Canvas tests expectations after 305810@main.
webrtc/captureCanvas-webrtc.html is consistently passing now and
webrtc/canvas-to-peer-connection-2d.html is OK in GTK and Pass/Fail in WPE.
