[GLib] Tweak LLD and AR detection for Ubuntu

Like done in commit efcd01c4d0c0 (267336@main), tweak remaining
detections of LLD and AR for Ubuntu LLVM packages.
This is needed for support of thin archives and split debug.
Since LLVM 12 packages, LLVM tools report an additional "Ubuntu "
prefix before the tool name.
For example with LLD and AR:
Ubuntu LLD 16.0.6 (compatible with GNU linkers)
Ubuntu LLVM version 16.0.6
