Fix bad WPT test expectations in resource-timing-cross-origin.https.html

Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren and Youenn Fablet.
I corrected the test's expectations. The messages included with the assertions
did not match the predicates.
The corrected assertions now match the performance API spec.
