[GFC] Rename availableSpace in TrackSizingAlgorithm to availableGridSpace

This concept has a name and definition in the spec when it comes to
track sizing:
https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid-1/#algo-terms
The "available grid space," is what we should be passing into the track
sizing algorithm and this makes the variable match the spec writing.
