[iOS] 2-up PDF display mode should only be available in the regular
horizontal size class

2-up PDF display is not ideal in constrained sizes. Restrict support to the
regular horizontal size class.

(-[WKContentView _updatePDFDisplayModeForHorizontalSizeClassChangeIfNeeded]):
(-[WKContentView _horizontalSizeClassDidChange]):
If the size class drops out of regular and the PDF is displayed in 2-up, force
it back into single page mode.
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/ios/WKContentViewInteraction.mm:
(-[WKContentView continueContextMenuInteraction:completion:]):
Only offer the context menu to toggle display mode when in the regular
horizontal size class.
