Use the dot syntax for ScrollUpdate structure initialization

Use the dot syntax for ScrollUpdate structure initialization, for clarity and
to skip
fields with default values. No behavior change.
Sadly WPE/GTK compilers don't let you elide fields with default values at this
time.
