Enhanced <select>: remove dependency on anchor attribute in WPTs

The anchor attribute isn't standardized yet.
However, some WPTs rely on it to establish the anchor positioning relationship
between the reference button and the reference popover.
This is leads to the reference having incorrect sizing on the popover, since
the min-inline-size: anchor(self-inline) rule is non-functional in the
reference.
To fix this, use the `source` argument in `showPopover()` which establishes the
anchor positioning relationship.
