Remove incorrect NODELETE that's causing failures in Source/WebKit

Reviewed by Chris Dumez.
These two functions aren't trivial in some subclass implementations in
Source/WebKit
so let's remove NODELETE annotation.
No new tests since there should be no behavioral changes.
