Change canLoad_MediaAccessibility_MACaptionAppearanceIsCustomized() to
CaptionUserPreferencesMediaAF::canSetActiveProfileID() to correctly check that
Media Accessibility MACaptionAppearanceSetActiveProfileID() API is available.
