MediaEngineSupportParameters should be using an platformType field

MediaEngineSupportParameters.isMediaSource and
MediaEngineSupportParameters.isMediaStream
were mutually exclusive. It can be better represented with an enum defining the
type
of MediaPlayer to use.
Additionally, it will make the transition to always using MediaCapabilities
to determine the support of a given content type easier.
No change in observable behaviours.
