[WPE][ARM64] dashboard-tests fail
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309891
Unreviewed gardening.
dashboard tests have been failing on the WPE ARM64 bot since we deployed it.
Meanwhile we investigate the issue mark it as expected to fail, so at least
the bot is not constantly red due to this.
