[WPE][GTK] Gardening of tests affected by the libICU and Harfbuzz update.
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310178
Unreviewed gardening.
The SDK has been updated with a new version of libICU and Harfbuzz in
oder to make several (22) tests from Test262 suite pass.
This has also affected some layout tests. This patch gardens those to
the new expectations.
