[GLIB] Remove flaky expectations of persistently passing tests for CSP
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=311671
Unreviewed test gardening.
These tests have been passing on GTK/WPE release and debug bots for at
least 1000 test runs.
