imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/RTCPeerConnection-addTcpIceCandidate.html
is crashing on the GTK bots.

Unreviewed test gardening.
These tests are flaky crashing more frequently since 311577@main. As
some similar traces appeared in earlier test runs, it might be a matter
of that commit just making the crashes easier to be triggered.
Also added an Expectation to a likely related crash, but that's showing
a trace more like bug312269.
