is no longer failing

Unreviewed test gardening.
Remove the `ImageOnlyFailure` expectations added in 305671@main. The
test has been passing consistently on the post-commit bots, so unmark
it on macOS WK2 and iOS. Site-isolation configs already expected
`Pass` and are unchanged.
