[Swift GTK] Revert: Cease to need to declare header dependencies

Unreviewed build revert.
This reverts commit 2f5adf34de4a2c1f6316b9a594f0280a5844b436.
Reason: this has broken cmake Mac builds, resulting in errors such
as error: unknown argument: '-Xcc'.
