[GTK] Several resourceLoadStatistics tests are failing

Unreviewed test gardening.
Remove test from WebKitGTK test expectations as test is passing now:

http/tests/resourceLoadStatistics/clear-in-memory-and-persistent-store-one-hour.html
Mark test as Skip:

http/tests/resourceLoadStatistics/standalone-web-application-exempt-from-website-data-deletion.html
The latter test depends on WKTestRunner feature 'standaloneWebApplicationURL',
which is only implemented in Cocoa platforms. In addition, this is a SPI
related test which is not supported by WebKitGTK nor WPEWebKit.
