At https://commits.webkit.org/314128@main we have removed
the test from TestExpectation because I've observed it passing
locally. However, that commit did not fix it properly. I suspect
this is still failing on certain bots due to different system
fallbacks it can get (not confirmed). Anyhow, this should not
be related to the fix mentioned so I'm restoring the expectation here.
