REGRESSION(314466@main): [build.webkit.org][GTK] Undo the renaming of
GTK-Linux-64-bit-Release-Perf to GTK-Linux-64-bit-Release-Perf-Tests

Unreviewed follow-up fix.
Renaming this bot caused two undesired effects:
1) It broke the test data uploads to perf.webkit.org as those depend on the bot
identifier.
2) It caused the bot to start with a new history, making previous builds not
visible anymore,
but perf.webkit.org generates links to the buildbot builds when clicking on
a data point.
So, it seems is better to revert this rename.
