Web Automation: full page screenshot gets viewport-clipped at otherwise
correct size

Route whole-page automation screenshots through the WebProcess snapshot path
instead
of the viewport-clipped UIProcess window capture. This is needed by the
WebDriver BiDi
endpoint browsingContext.captureScreenshot. Followup work is tracked by
<webkit.org/b/288325>.
