[GLIB][CMake] Reenable -fno-strict-aliasing for WPE and GTK

315506@main moved to -fstrict-aliasing, but it's causing a number of
crashes and failures, as reported in webkit.org/b/317542
While we work on a proper fix, let's reenable it for these ports.
