[Skia] Several test fail with a few pixel differences only when run with
swrast
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273396
Unreviewed test gardening.
Add back as FAIL two tests that are failing on GTK. They were passing
until 315461@main, and the gardening landed right after, in 315463@main,
so EWS did not pick it up.
