[build.webkit.org] Remove WPE ARM32 and ARM64 build post-commit bots

Reviewed by Claudio Saavedra and Carlos Alberto Lopez Perez.
These two bots are no longer needed since:
- ARM32 architecture is no longer supported in WPE
- ARM64 architecture is covered in WPE via
'WPE-Linux-ARM64-bit-Release-Build' bot.
