[WPT] Fix linter errors before exporting:
css/css-ui/text-overflow-with-selection.html

Links in the offending test (css/css-ui/text-overflow-with-selection.html)
are fixed, which should allow for a clean export - the WPT linter won't
trip on MISSING-LINK or NON-EXISTENT-REF anymore.
