[interactive-widget] Make overlays-content layout tests device-agnostic

Currently, overlays-content layout tests are not device-agnostic (they
will fail on an iPad simulator). Rewrite the tests in such a way that it
still tests the functionality of overlays-content while being device-agnostic.
