[JSC] Enable v8's memory64 tests

Reviewed by Yijia Huang and Keith Miller.
To increase coverage, enable v8's memory64 test. Commenting out V8
specific part.
* JSTests/wasm/v8/memory64.js:
(TestMemory64SharedBetweenWorkers.let.shared_mem64): Deleted.
(TestMemory64SharedBetweenWorkers.): Deleted.
(TestMemory64SharedBetweenWorkers): Deleted.
