failing.

Unreviewed test gardening.
The css-highlight-api WPT re-sync (318645@main) marked
HighlightRegistry-highlightsFromPoint.html [ Failure ],
but the test passes now that highlightsFromPoint() is implemented, so it was
passing unexpectedly.
