[WPE][GTK] `ipc/send-gpu-GetShareableBitmap-RemoteRenderingBackend.html` is
almost constant crash with assertions enabled

Unreviewed test gardening.
This test has been passing since around 318630@main, and the assertions
on didReceiveReceiveMessage were related to the ipc/send-filter.html
test, running immediately before, sending a test message and not
awaiting/invalidating on exit. As it also has other issues, let's also
skip send-filter (like its "sibling" send-gradient.html, gardened in
314708@main).
