[WKCI][ews-build.webkit.org] webkitpy bot should be triggered for changes in
test262 and webkit-sysprof dirs

Reviewed by Nikolas Zimmermann.
318622@main rewrote the test262 runner from perl to python, so the webkitpy bot
should now run on PRs
modifying files on that directory.
And webkit-sysprof is also a new python tooling covered by test-webkitpy, so
the bot should also run
on any change on that directory. See: 319516@main
