Avoid a redundant matrix multiply in SVGTransformList::concatenate()

concatenate() started from an identity AffineTransform and multiplied every item
into it, so the first iteration always performed a full 2x3 multiply against
identity. Seed the accumulator from the first item instead and multiply in the
remaining ones, which removes one AffineTransform::multiply() per call
regardless
of list length.
